I want you to love your Bloom Retro piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

If you need to return your order, please contact hello@bloomretro.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returned items must be:

• unworn;
• in their original condition;
• returned in their original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method.
